For light customization (logo on existing packaging), the MOQ is as low as 300 units. For full custom packaging design, MOQ is 1,000 units. Heavy customization (molds, custom shapes, branded materials) requires higher MOQ — please contact us for a detailed quote based on your specific requirements.
Light customization typically takes 7–15 days after artwork confirmation. Heavy customization (including mold development and sampling) takes 25–45 days. Shipping time depends on destination and method (sea/air/express). We’ll provide a detailed timeline once we understand your project scope.
Yes! We offer free samples for qualified inquiries. Sample shipping cost is borne by the customer (refundable upon first bulk order). For heavy customization projects, we produce custom samples for your approval before mass production.
Absolutely! We accept your complete packaging artwork in AI, PDF, or high-resolution PSD formats. Our design team can also help create packaging from your brand guidelines if needed. We’ll send dieline templates for your designer to work with.
